Who Am I
Hi, I’m Simone.
I’m a MELBOURNE BASED women’s fitness and wellness coach, but more than that, I’m someone who understands what it’s like to rebuild your body from the inside out.
My own journey with Endometriosis, PCOS, breast surgery, anxiety, and years of high level training taught me this
training harder isn’t the answer. Training smarter is.
I believe women deserve coaching that prioritises

rehabilitation and recovery
and strength that supports life, not just aesthetics.
