Ingredients:

  • 30g Blueberries

  • 80g Strawberries

  • 1tsp Chia Seeds

  • 40g Bulk Nutrients Earth Protein

  • 10g Gluten Free Oats

  • 200-250ml of Water

Method:

Combine all smoothie ingredients in a blender and serve. I usually like adding a little less water then adding more if I want it more liquid.
