30g Blueberries
80g Strawberries
1tsp Chia Seeds
40g Bulk Nutrients Earth Protein
10g Gluten Free Oats
200-250ml of Water
Method:
Combine all smoothie ingredients in a blender and serve. I usually like adding a little less water then adding more if I want it more liquid.
